Between sessions

If you feel there is an urgent need to talk to me between sessions, please call me at (703) 407-9181. There is no charge for phone calls shorter than 10 minutes.  If the call is longer than that, they will be prorated based on your regular psychotherapy fee. Please note that I cannot receive text messages through this number.

If you feel you are having a mental health emergency or are in danger of hurting yourself or someone else, call 988 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room. If you aren’t sure if you need emergency assistance, call 988 and a counselor will answer any questions you may have.
